cauliflower pizza crust ! 
100g of cauliflower riced in a food processor, 2 egg whites and spices to taste. Bake in the oven at 450 for 13 minutes. 
Total calories: 60 calories for an entire crust ! 
edit:  bake it 12-15 minutes naked, remove from the oven, add your finishing touches and you can re-bake it for another 5-10 minutes for extra crispiness (I put it on broil)
