I’m just dipping blueberries in plain non-fat Greek yogurt & freezing overnight! Maybe I’ll do some strawberries too & add in some crunchy cooked oat clusters in the morning. Easy snack for all day long!

It takes time management. Going to bed early and waking up early. Working out even if it means you’ll have to run errands in your sweaty workout clothes. It takes knowing when to say no. It takes knowing when to say YES. It takes pushing yourself to your limit, and then pushing yourself some more. It takes fueling yourself properly in order to be able to push yourself even further. It takes no excuses. It takes tempo runs, hill repeats, speed work, and long runs. It takes pushups and sit ups and every ab/thigh/arm/butt exercise out there. Most of all it takes believing in yourself. Anything is possible, if you let it happen. But it takes all this and more.

I was craving something…but I didn’t know what…so I took a stab in the dark…and cut up some apple slices with some peanut butter! I think I put too much peanut butter on though - it got kind of sickening towards the end =PDinner idea!
Lately I’ve been eating SO MUCH JUNK. So I will now be eating this yummy assortment of veggies etc!
Steamed prawns
Frozen corn kernels 
Steamed carrot
Steamed broccoli
Steamed zucchini
Raw capsicum
So I had no idea what to have for dinner today because I had no protein for my usual platter of protein and veggies…So I made a stirfry by chucking together all of the following:
Cabbage
Zucchini
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Corn kernels 
A bit of Soy sauce 
A bit of Ketchup Manis
A squeeze of lemon
A drizzle of honey 
Vegetabley Buckwheat Salad! Had this for dinner a few days ago - so filling and yummy!!Another dinner idea! 
I got home from work and was absolutely STARVING!! And this really filled me up!
Canned salmon (it’s really yummy, trust me!)
Lightly steamed zucchini sprinkled with tumeric 
Steamed cauliflower
Steamed broccoli
Frozen corn kernels (blanched in boiling water)
Steamed carrots
Healthy Imitation Strawberry Shortcake!
The other day I felt like having something cute, pretty and yummy to eat. So I made little delicate Strawberry Shortcakes. I used a wholewheat biscuit for the base and some 80% reduced fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese (love the stuff) and a few strawberry slices! It tasted SO yummy and clean…Give it a try! Good to know, since they’re one of my favoritesTuna Salad with TaboulehAt a restaurant we had a choice of:Steak with chips and sauce ORPlenty of salad with chicken breast and a potato with a small piece of camembert. WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE? Yummy lunch at work! Buckwheat with coconut and pear and some refreshing coconut water! :) feeling a bit tropical!

Spinach Burgers

Spinach Burgers
These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!
Makes about 4
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl 
 
Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)
Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.
Cook about 5-6 minutes. 
Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.

This looks absolutely amazing.
